• Block bookings and courses are non-refundable once started.

• Missed sessions cannot be refunded or carried over unless explicitly stated at the time of booking.

• In exceptional circumstances, we may offer a discretionary credit, but this is not guaranteed.

4. Workshops and Special Events

• Workshops and events are generally non-refundable, as places are limited and preparation costs are incurred in advance.

• Transfer to another person may be permitted with prior agreement.

5. Cancellations by Us

If Radiant Roots With Karina cancels a session, workshop, or programme, you will be offered:

• A transfer to a rescheduled date or alternative session

If you are unwell, especially with contagious illness, we ask that you do not attend. In such cases, we may offer a credit at our discretion, but refunds are not guaranteed.
